Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted if items are received damaged or faulty. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if there are any issues.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, proof of damage (such as photographs) must be provided. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or improper use of products.

All sprays are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Orders are processed once payment has been received.
